4WD Transfer Case

Gabba Gearboxes is a recognised transfer case specialists workshop in Brisbane. Our services include transfer case reconditioning and/or transfer case repairs for all 4 wheel drive transfer cases for all off road vehicles and for all wheel drive vehicles (AWD).

When Gabba Gearboxes undertakes to recondition your transfer case and/or quote on transfer case repairs to your 4 wheel drive vehicle, we are able to modify and upgrade the transfer case to improve reliability.

Should you consider that your 4 wheel drive transfer case is not operating correctly, we can diagnose any irregularities through consultation with one of our technicians. We test drive your vehicle on our hoist to operate your transfer case, to assess its reliability and performance.

We only use high quality gears, drive chains, bearings and seal kits for the internals of the transfer case.

We have many customers that compete in 4 wheel driving events, and choose to fit after market rock crawling gears for low range which we can supply and fit to their transfer case.

Other modifications we have performed are changing the transfer case from full time 4 wheel drive to part time 4 wheel drive.

Upon your approval, we proceed with the quoted and recommended transfer case reconditioning and/or transfer case repair work and an approximate completion date.

Any reconditioned or reconditioning work performed by Gabba Gearboxes comes with a written warranty where applicable.
